Delete your DaySensei account

DaySensei is a daily short-note app. This page explains how to delete your DaySensei account and what happens to your data.

Delete it in the app

1. Open DaySensei on your phone.
2. Go to Settings → Account → Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your account is deleted.

What we delete

We delete your email, your plan, your usage counts and your Firebase account.

What stays

Notes on your phone stay. We keep a one-way hash of your account id and one-way hashes of your purchase tokens for 2 years after deletion, so old sign-ins cannot bring the account back and so we can check for fraud. Then we delete them.

Ask by email

Can’t open the app? Write to us from the email address of your account. We delete your account within 30 days. We reply to confirm it is you.
